So...I'm going to be attempting to start brewing some beer on my own. Going to start with prepackaged stuff then try and move on to my own recipes. Has anyone home brewed before?

Was thinking more like bacterial contamination poisoning but alcohol poisoning might be better? Don't know, not a dr.
