Going to have to cancel on this.
Just got back from a 5 day assessment and repairs at my parents place. No one realized how hard last winter hit them until I took a closer look where my dad can't get to anymore. Replaced most of a kitchen floor, with a large chunk down to the joists thanks to a burst pipe. Took out several heavy damaged tree limbs, but garage roof needs a few patches and a section of eave replaced thanks to those. Both low slope roof areas on main house got ice dam damage (and looks like they were soaking for most of the rainy spring), so need about 800 SF of roof replaced in 2 sections, with about 200 down to joists, along with joist repair, 20' eave repaired, and a ceiling in the room below one area replaced.

Tell me about it. Getting back from OKC wedding Monday night then out Tues morning thru the 3rd. Priority is 2 roof area on house, then garage, and I should really take out at least 1 tree completely, but as I really don't know extent of repairs until I clear the roofing I may have to put some on hold and be back again one more time after our trip west.
