Just went to the Katalyst Site to book some open tables, looks like they're going to have some already. I'll bring a few tables of terrain if anyone showsup to play.

Are we schedule for any specific days? I'm going to be available Friday afternoon and evening. Saturday till about 6:00 and then Sunday all day.

Went down on Saturday. It was pretty dead. There was a 40k Tournament scheduled that didn't happen. Lots of empty tables.
It was they're first year and they are going to keep going with it.
I propose next year we do a few tourneys and treat it like a mini Adepticon. Where hopefully more of us locals can play. We can also make it into a state championship type tourney and try to get some of the southern Illinois folks to come up.

Hey guys Im glad you were able to come out despite the small numbers. Ill be sitting down real soon with the coordinator of the event and Al the shop owner to go over all these types of things so if all goes well next years event is better handled. I would love to have those tables filled with as many games as possible soif you need anything specific to run your tournament and demos please let me know asap so I can hit them with it.

I think marketing next years Now will be good. We didn’t even hear about it till about a month ago. But then I'm also in the Marketing dept of work so of course I think it’s important lol.
I’ll say it wasn’t disappointing because there were not many
people. It was disappointing WE didn’t get everyone out to do Infinity and
take up all those available tables. Like Jon said we will change that next year
if it happens again.

I was there on Friday night, and it was pretty dead. I agree that they could have been better with marketing and getting the word out. Although, I think the lack of events and late posting of the few events they had is what ultimately resulted in the low attendance. Also, hi everyone.  |
