I think last reports is that there was a printing error and shipping has been delayed for a weekish?

We always say no EXACT date to release the books. We say "Estimated date of shipments on 8th", it could be on 5-6th or on 10-11th. Yes, we know that all of you wants the N3 books before Xmas, and we'll send all the books as fast as we can, so we expect that everyone could get their book at hands at the end of the next week. Please, understand that we send the books to our distributors/retailers and they need to send them to you, so please, be patient.

One person on the main forums are reporting notification from War Store that they have it in stock now.
Do we know the normal delay for things getting to Plus?
