Now that we have a lot of great buildings for the tournament, what are we doing for the ground? We gotta put these buildings on something other than just the table. I think at least for the demo table we should have something other than bare table or felt.

I'm not sure. That's why I'm asking everyone.
There's a guy that made those matts for Draxstar. They are printed vinyl sheets that look to have a rock texture. Other than that I can't think of anything that would be cheap-ish and easy to transport.

I think they also have a display of building and street tile from Firebucket Games at Draxtar. I have played on the unpainted street tiles at New Game in Town when the guys at Firebucket were kicking the idea around. If you could use those tiles they would put a nice touch to a futuistic cityscape. Or contact the guys at Shark Mounted Laser to see if they can ship there urban street tiles and corresponding sewers to go under the tiles... that would be neat.

It's better than bare table for sure but I think it could be disappointing to see all the great buildings with nothing good to put them on. but certainly cloth is a good option.
I wish I had seen this before. This is great but might take a lot of time.

I've ordered the Shark Mounted Laser Variant 2 board. That should work for the demo table.

I’ve created some pages with images we could use as posters or something on the terrain. Let me know if what you guys think of the sizes. Also if there are any images you want me to add to the mix. Attachments:Posters.pdf (182.88 KB)
