What do you guys think about the changes that we know about so far?
ELO decides Rankings
400 point tourney worth more than a 300 or lower

I have to admit, I'm not very familiar with ELO, but it seems better than having those guys that can play the most games/spend the most on tourney packs always being at the top of the rank.
I'm really split on the increased points for a 400 pt vs 300 pts.

I think 400pt has the potential to be a bit too crazy honestly. Not only is there a huge jump in toys but a huge jump in strategy (most likely). Er and by that I mean different strategies might be required and take time to learn.

400 points is optional
I hope the ELO, and an increased tournament schedule will help us locally in the standings
It seems that more players in an event also help that.
