Idea #1
Each player controls either a kum or aragoto. Each player has its impetuos and own order.
The board is made up of 18" x24" sections and after every turn the last section is removed and placed on the other side of the table. Any models that are still on that section are lost.
Roads add 2" per movement skill
Last biker surviving wins.
Edits start here
Clowns Vs. Capsules
Board needs to be neo Tokyo and have wet streets.
It's going to take a lot of buildings to make it look cool. Gotta find something cheap. Could modify the Xmas box buildings.
Cars to weave in and out of. Discuss

Idea #2
Each player has a tag and a support team. The team is what provides the tag it's combat group for orders. The teams duke it out last group surviving win.
This was done at FoB so I should be able to get their rules as a starting point.

Idea #3
Zombie survival game. I've got a bunch of mantic zombies and the new dread zone ones on the way.
Players have a link team of three models and attempt to survive each other and the zombies.
Zombies could use regular impetuous movement to keep them fair
Played on a large city board

But with the new Kum the race would be way more rocking. How many hours do you plan for this game to last? Is it just racers against the board, with them trying to make it through? Or are the players attacking each other during this race? Shooting? Hacking? Close combat? Do the drivers have single wounds, multiple wounds, can they be healed and how? What are the weapons like? Infinite ammo or is it in short supply? Are there resupply points? What are the defenses like?

Honestly hadn't got that far. Figured I'd throw together a mock up of the board first. See how it played out.

Zombies could use regular impetuous movement to keep them fair I like this. The classic outbreak scenario. I think it meshes easily with the Voodoo Tech thing I had in mind. A secret lab (faction unimportant) trying to crack open an Obsidian Mechanoid trips saftey protocols. Its nanaforge blows up, unleashing a stream of fast mutating nanobots. I was thinking centering it on the big board in the factory layout that Krog and I talked about, with infected TAGs and large military hardware being the suprise enemys that appear when players enter the correct room.

I like idea three also.
The idea I would like to try out would be an extraction of an assest or data grab. It could be an installation or it could be to storm a corporate urban facility. The team could be a Spec Op team of different players and can be from different factions as they are possibly working for O-12 or are mercs hired for the job. They have one overidding goal (Get X and get out) but each team member may have a specific goal to achieve.
Another idea would be to storm a manufacturing facility where a group is building a super weapon(s) (kind of like the Fiddler (think large mecha/TAG) event they did at NOVA I think) The base is heavily guarded and one of the prototypes is active. Minor success would be to destroy the prototype(s), major victory would be to blow up the entire facility. Again this could be individual Spec Op team or 6-8 players each build teams with 150 points. If we go with the O-12 strike team idea or Merc idea you can use units from different factions to build your team.
I also think many of these scenario tables can be two table affairs... so for example on the secret installation you have an above ground base but the team needs to infiltrate the super secret underground lab.

We did two tables last year with the Cameronian assault game. It worked pretty good.
Players had three models and each player was randomly assigned a mission.

If we go the superweapon route, I have 3x Salamanders coming, which I can contribute. They are about twice the size of a TAG.

On the idea of Capsules vs Clowns bike duel, I ran a well-recieved jetbike race at Egyptian Campaign about 10 years ago that seems to be along the lines of what you are describin. I think has a lot of points we could start from and modify to get at least a viable test game. Have class now, but I should be able to get a summary together and post it tonight.
