Anyone interested in doing a group escalation league.
Something super loose. You have a month to get your game in and it won't matter where you play.
Turns out that they're its eligible also.

Sure.
Sounds like a good way to start a new army slowly, etc.

I don't think we need the training wheels that they say. We can just use the point levels and scoring for the rounds. Since the first rounds are annihilation we can keep the no retreat.

We could make them optional. So newbs can still use them.

Gives me the excuse to fill out QK and learn how to use them, so I would be in.

@jmeis your right for simplicity's sake we'll keep the rules as written.
Let's skip submitting the results and just do this for fun.
I know someone wanted story time added to their games. How about one of the players has to do a narrative type battle report for the game they played that month. We can set up a separate board for it. They do it for the leisure hour league and at first it seemed meh. It's cool to read peoples takes on the missions in story form. It can even be a very dry battle report.
I think we should start this in June.

The last time I played drobuff he mentioned the idea of starting a group blog to promote ourselves more. Ideas for categories included battle reports, tourney reports, experienced player advice, as well as new player experiences, along with terrain ideas and progress. The idea was to try to get something new done to post on the blog on a regular basis, then post that we have an update to the main infinity forum. His thought was that this was a way to drum up excitement heading toward Adepticon 2015, or at the very least try to show off our level of activity. I was going to talk with others about this this weekend, but this seems like an opening to start the conversation.

I was thinking chicagoregion-infinity.com. Have 5-6 contributors, rotate them every 4-5 months if needed. Everyone else can comment. Create a monthly column called 'The road to Adepticon 2015' talk about our planning and build up, etc... get the excitement going for next year's Adepticon, maybe get 50 participants. Get CB to notice, they come to the event and we do a pin the tail on Bostria game.
