Seeing as you have only 2 specialists (Joan and De Fersen), you might need another...

The only available engineer is the machinist and he sucks

Doctors aren't specialists in ITS. FO order sergeants or fusiliers are a possibility.

Specialists are changing apparently. I'll hunt the link down later, but ITS 2014 seems to shake a few things up.

You could try something like this Panoceania - Military Order | 8 models________________________________________________________ De Fersen (65|2) Joan of Arc Lieutenant (61|-1) Knight Hospitaller HMG (49|2) Knight Hospitaller MULTI (48|0) Fusilier FO (14|0) Fusilier FO (14|0) Fusilier FO (14|0) Brethren HMG (35|1.5) ________________________________________________________300/300 points | 4.5/6 swcopen with Aleph Toolbox : goo.gl/LU5Ctv

No, I'm trying to do an army I want to paint. . Fusiliers are for neoterra. I was hoping that it could be functional in ITS also but alas it's not to be.

Hassassin's only got reasonable recently with the Barid's for being able to play ITS w/o crappy looking models. Yasbir will be a specialist as well but he's not cheap. Sometimes factions are sadness.
Then I play QK and laugh at my specialists everywhere

Unfortunately, MO isn't exactly viable right now in ITS play. They do not have enough specialists and any that they are able to get are way too expensive. But you could try something like this Panoceania - Military Order | 9 models________________________________________________________ Order Sergeant Combi (13|0) Order Sergeant Combi (13|0) Order Sergeant Spitfire (20|1) Order Sergeant Hacker (25|0.5) Order Sergeant TO FO (29|0) Order Sergeant TO FO (29|0) Knight Hospitaller HMG (49|2) Knight Hospitaller Doctor (52|0) De Fersen Lieutenant (65|2) Palbot (3|0) ________________________________________________________298/300 points | 5.5/6 swcopen with Aleph Toolbox : goo.gl/q4xoN9Or even something like this. Panoceania - Military Order | 10 models________________________________________________________ Order Sergeant Combi (13|0) Order Sergeant Combi (13|0) Order Sergeant Spitfire (20|1) Order Sergeant Hacker (25|0.5) Order Sergeant Sniper (27|1.5) Order Sergeant TO FO (29|0) Joan of Arc 2.0 Lieutenant (57|1) Knight Hospitaller HMG (49|2) Knight Hospitaller Doctor (52|0) Machinist Engineer (15|0) ________________________________________________________300/300 points | 6/6 swcopen with Aleph Toolbox : goo.gl/g7xZUZ

With the new changes to Specialists (and the new Dire Foes), Military Orders might be a viable list now at 300 pts.

Even before the changes, you still had access to 3 cheap, semi-fast specialists (FO Fusils). But yes, MO definitely got a few more options with the changes.
