Sooo Haqq and I think Nomads have all Merc AVA 1 on everything but for the most basic line troopers...so that means I get one MI/HI and then a hoard of Ghulams?

In alephs toolbox you can only have 1 of the models with the Ava *. If it's Ava 1 in the merc list that means it was Ava 2 in its original list and it doesn't count towards the limit of 1 Ava 1 model.

With just Military Orders (or Maybe SAA) and Haqq you could do:
Line Infantry: 3 Halqa (Hacker, FO, standard), 1 Knight of Montessa (LT), and an Armbot Peacemaker for 150 points.
All Mechanized deployment. Nothing says lovin' like that linked up midway up the field before turn one.
Speaking of that: If all troops can link, does that include REM's as well?
What about troops with G: synchronized add-ons? (the aforementioned peacemaker, guarda, Uberfall, etc)

Linking remotes sounds like fun. Go for it.
I was inspired by the necromunda terrain Jer had with him last Saturday. I thought it would be fun to have personalized "gangs ".
I'm saying a tournament cuz without that structure, getting us to commit to games is like herding cats. We all seem to want to just hang out. Which is cool.

Oh yeah. The two warmachine guys will. One of the couple that Brian demoed are on the FB group. Terry seems pretty invested do hopefully he'll be back.
