Looking to set up demo days, tournaments, etc

Hey guys this is Marc at Next Dimension,
I want to start having demo days, and dedicated events at the shop.
I'd also be interested in running some primer events leading up to Adepticon once
Everyone is clear what the rules are.

Schedule is mostly wide open the rest of the year, and right now I can accommodate anything
We are putting in a new 8 foot table soon and micro art terrain, I'd say realistically we'd have dedicated Infinity tables by
The beginning of the new year. We have tables in the meantime, but the majority of our terrain now is 40k.

We also have someone available Tuesdays and Thursdays for painting lessons/help.
We are turning Tuesdays into our "hobby night" where we are encouraging people to come in and paint and build stuff in the store.

Any feedback and help would be appreciated.

As December rolls on ill contact you for a demo day/ tourney in January. For the tourney I can bring enough terrain, we would need about 5 4'x4' tables.

Reassure everyone there is parking, no one believes me lol

There is tons of parking. If anyone is overly concerned, we have 5 parking garages in the immediate area.
Keep in mind this is the city, there isn't a big free parking lot or anything, but side streets are free until 6PM

Sundays is free metered parking all day long

We are dedicating January 4th and 5th to running Demo games. We have two people in the shop doing Warhammer, Bolt Action, and some other games.
There is room for Infinity if anyone wants to help. We have one painted Tohaa for demos at the moment.
It will also be an otherwise quiet weekend and a good chance to get a small game in.

We are still working on the terrain, we bought some of the plasticard terrain and it was not very good so we are still in progress.
