Operation Party Crasher

So just a nit-picky rules question about the Party Crashing.

Anyone who doesn't play in games/tournaments over the weekend can play with a 25 exp Spec Ops.

Lets so I can see the future and know I'll get lucky with ~15 exp between the tournament and random games. Could I still pick the 25 exp choice instead?

Also, Haqq has a distinct advantage in models for Spec Ops

O and this does mean I will be signing up for that tournament on Sunday. I don't care if I have to step out day of to help run it.
