The Total availability for Neoterra with the cheapest option being 19pts is interesting.
Particularly since the draw of NeoTerra is multiple Aquilas, which are pricey.
But it does cut down on the Auxilia spam options, which is good.
And I think they're linkable?

They are. They can also take a missile launcher. Not rocket like has been the norm. The bio-immunity is also pretty cool.
