Well, if the Hacking rumors are true, some of the EVO programs will be available to hackers by default and EVO and regular hacking will be gaining a ton more programs. I wouldn't be too surprised if Hacking to aid Combat Jump ends up a basic program, but even if not, I'd probably still take EVO for the bonus subroutines (like half BTS or 1-order possession of TAGs).
